This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

ciao ragazzi e ciao amanti della citologia:
Valutando solo questa immagine possiamo essere così certi che si tratti di un epithelioma sebaceo (npl della componente basale) e non di un adenoma sebaceo sebocitico (npl della componente sebocitica)
Il numero di sebociti maturi mi sembra elevato rispetto a quelli basali (ma magari è stato preso un solo pezzo della lesione prevalentemente basaloidi) e negli adenomi spesso aumentano anche le basali.
Inoltre i nuclei dei sebociti mi sembrano più voluminosi di quelli maturi semplici che osserviamo nelle iperplasie
Io mi limiterei a dire epitelioma sebaceo vs adenoma sebaceo sebocitico0 Mi piace -
Cari colleghi, ecco la risposta di Ugo Bonfanti al caso citologico:
I preparati sono ben cellulati e contengono un numero variabile di aggregati di cellule basaloidi, di piccole dimensioni, a citoplasma debolmente basofilo che occasionalmente contiene pigmento melaninico, dotate di elevato rapporto nucleo / citoplasma.
Inoltre rilevate cellule di dimensioni maggiori (sebociti) a basso rapporto nucleo / citoplasma, citoplasma finemente microvacuolizzato, con nucleo centrale o paracentrale.
Il quadro citologico è da ricondursi ad un epitelioma sebaceo, tumore epiteliale annessiale, solitamente benigno.0 Mi piace -
Allora, chiedo scusa perchè ho aperto il blog dal mio smart phone e non ho visto la foto n. 2 dalla quale le cellule basali sono molto numerose
da quella foto mi orienterei anche io su una neoplasia delle cellule basali delle ghiandole sebacee e si abbassano le ipotesi di un sebaceo sebocitico
dalle altre due avrei avuto più dubbi,
fatta ammenda.....
e rispondendo alla domanda di Pino, non credo che in questo caso l'infiltrato infiammatorio sia in grado di dare displasia in questi aggregati, premesso che dalle foto non riesco a vedere una flogosi importante, ma poi
i nuclei non mi sembrano displasici e i citoplasma sono regolari e normali
mi capita spesso di vedere citologici con aggregati sebacei in campioni prelevati da piodermiti profonde o altri processi flogistici che causano adenite sebacea indiretta (nel senso che i sebociti sono spettatori innocenti e non il target della flogosi) e in quei casi i sebociti hanno aspetti morfologici non proprio normali, ma parliamo di piccoli aggregati nel contesto di una grave flogosi. Inoltre come ben sai è sempre difficile valutare segni di displasia dei nuclei nei sebociti maturi che hanno vacuoli che si sovrappongono e rendono irregolari i nuclei, difficoltà nei dettagli che spesso vediamo anche nei sebociti normali.
In queste foto quello che mi pare di valutare sono le dimensioni dei nuclei dei sebociti e la loro somiglianza con quelli delle basali che, sebbene benigne, sono comunque neoplastiche in un epitelioma sebaceo che è un tumore delle basali ma che ogni tanto qualcuna di queste cellule neoplastiche si ricorda che deve originare un sebocita
