Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.

Ciao Pino. A me capita di vedere degenerazione vacuolare (steatosi) di entità lieve con ALP Normale. A mio parere quindi ci possono essere fenomeni di steatosi in fase iniziale o di entità lieve, in cui ALP ancora non risulta elevata. La riscontro elevata molto più spesso nei casi di steatosi grave.

Ecco a voi la risposta di Ugo Bonfanti (PS: come al solito Pino avevi indovinato...): Su fondo ematico, si rilevano epatociti in piccoli aggregati. Queste cellule posseggono forma tendenzialmente poligonale o ovalare, ed ampio citoplasma grossolanamente punteggiato. Non raramente evidenti fenomeni di degenerazione vacuolare (lipidosi).
Inoltre identificate materiale extracellulare, spesso in stretta contiguità con gli epatociti, zollato o fibrillare / aghiforme, intensamente eosinofilo, riconducibile ad amiloide.
Il quadro citologico è riferibile ad amiloidosi epatica.
Tale rilievo non deve essere confuso con materiale necrotico, o con eventuale gel per ecografia che potenzialmente contamina i campioni di biopsie citologiche di organi interni.0 Mi piace
